Signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Nafs Foundation for Empowerment.

The Palestinian Child Happiness Society signed an agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with Nafs Foundation for Empowerment, in a step that reinforces a partnership-based approach and strategic alliances aimed at serving Palestinian society and contributing to the psychological, health, and social empowerment of children, women, youth, and adolescents. The agreement was signed between Mr. Khaled Msimi Abu Al-Waleed, Chairman of the Society’s Administrative Board, and Mr. Abdul Latif Hamed, Project Coordinator representing Nafs Foundation for Empowerment on behalf of its President and Director General, Dr. Nasser Abu Matar. Mr. Abdul Latif Hamed headed the visiting delegation to the Society. The meeting was attended by members of the Society’s Administrative Board, as well as Dr. Khalil Mabrouk, who played a pivotal role in establishing this partnership and twinning initiative and coordinating it between the Society and Nafs Foundation for Empowerment. The Society’s President, Mr. Khaled Msimi, welcomed the visiting delegation, valuing this collaborative step and emphasizing that this agreement is not merely an administrative procedure, but a sincere declaration of intent to work together for the benefit of the Palestinian people—especially children, women, and youth. Dr. Khalil Mabrouk highlighted the importance of bilateral relations and partnership-building, affirming that the Palestinian Child Happiness Society believes individual efforts are no longer sufficient, and that smart alliances and community partnerships are the most effective path toward achieving real and sustainable impact. He expressed his happiness with this distinguished partnership and the shared ambition for continuity and sustainability. Mr. Ibrahim Habboush, Director of Public Relations, also reviewed the Society’s achievements and its prominent role in fulfilling its goals and future national vision, addressing the needs of its beneficiaries from various groups. He additionally spoke about the Society’s other partnerships at both the local and international levels. At the conclusion of the meeting, the delegation conducted a field tour of the Society’s facilities, including its halls and available resources. It was agreed that the Palestinian Child Happiness Society will serve as the main host for the agreed activities and events in Nablus Governorate, and as a central hub and launching point for implementing joint programs and initiatives at the beginning of the coming year.
