The agreement was signed between Mr. Khaled Msimi Abu Al-Waleed, Chairman of the Society’s Administrative Board, and Mr. Abdul Latif Hamed, Project Coordinator representing Nafs Foundation for Empowerment on behalf of its President and Director General, Dr. Nasser Abu Matar.
