The Palestinian Child Happiness Association carried out a new meeting targeting the women category as part of the project to strengthen resilience and protect society - Samoud, in cooperation with the Same Foundation for Empowerment. The meeting dealt with a set of important axes related to raising children under difficult circumstances, starting from early childhood (from the age of one year) to adolescence, where the most prominent challenges facing parents in dealing with their children's psychological and behavioral needs at different ages were highlighted. The structure of the child's brain, how the brain receives signals and daily experiences, and the great role played by parents in shaping this structure through education methods, positive interaction, and providing a safe and supportive environment for the child's healthy development were also discussed. The importance of the father's role and active participation in raising children and enhancing their sense of security and confidence was also emphasized. The meeting included an interactive activity represented in drawing the human brain as imagined by women, with the aim of simplifying scientific concepts and promoting understanding in a creative and fun way. At the end of the session, a short relaxation exercise was carried out that helped the participants feel calm, then each woman gave herself a positive word that expresses her self-esteem and enhances her confidence and ability to continue and give. This meeting is part of a series of activities aimed at supporting women and enhancing their psychological and educational abilities, contributing to building more aware, cohesive and able families to face challenges
