A workshop titled “Reducing Psychological Stress and Trauma” aimed at men

A workshop entitled "Reducing Psychological Stress and Trauma in the Camp of Askar" was carried out, targeting 17 men from the camp of Askar, with the cooperation of the Ashar Empowerment Association, the Palestinian Child's Happiness Society, and the Popular Committee for Services in the Camp. The workshop, led by Mr. Nasser Abu Matar, provided a space that combined movement with dialogue and reflection, giving participants the opportunity to pause for a moment amidst the pressures of everyday life, interacting within group activities which fostered a spirit of cooperation, trust and connection.Participants moved between various movement and interaction activities, exchanging ideas and experiences, listening to each other, and together creating moments of support and human closeness. The workshop also provided a safe space to express emotions and think collectively, away from the burdens of life and its accelerating responsibilities. The workshop witnessed positive interaction and active participation of the participants, which reflected on the importance of providing supportive spaces that promote psychological health and social cohesion, contributing to building a more aware society able to face pressures and challenges
