An awareness-raising event targeting women

The Palestinian Child Happiness Association, in cooperation with the Palestinian Working Women's Association for Development, held an awareness-raising meeting targeting the category of women, addressing the subject of violence and its forms, with the aim of raising awareness of women's rights and introducing various forms of violence and its effects on the individual, family and society. The meeting included an interactive discussion on the forms of physical, psychological, verbal, economic and social violence, in addition to highlighting the importance of promoting a culture of respect and dialogue, and introducing protection mechanisms and services available to women.
